New feature: Topic exports

A few weeks ago one of our new institutional clients had the excellent idea to introduce a topic export feature – and it went live today.

When you run any search on the Overton platform, you'll see the 'Explore' button appear in the grey search bar, where you can select 'Explore the topics in these documents'.

This brings you to the Topic Map, which is another route in to explore policy documents. You can see the topics that are most often linked to the documents in your search results, and click through to see documents linked to those topics.

You'll now see an 'Export to CSV' button at the top of the page, meaning you can conduct your own offline analysis on topics found in the documents within your search results.
