We’ve got an exciting programme of events planned for 2024 - find out below where you can meet a member of Overton's team! Do also let us know if there’s a conference you’d recommend we attend. We’re always keen to hear about new opportunities to exchange ideas around policy engagement and research impact.
We’re kicking off conference season in March with two US-based events. Our founder and Director Euan Adie will speak at the Research Analytics Summit in Albuquerque, New Mexico while our Director of Business Development Mirage Berry will be at the Computers in Libraries event in Arlington, Virginia. These are new events for us and we’re really excited to check them out!
Then in April our Commercial Director Terry Bucknell will head to UKSG - one of our favourite conferences in the UK - before joining Euan at EARMA in Odense. We’ll be giving a talk on our latest product update and how this can help you engage with policy makers and generate research impact.
Terry is off to Belfast in May for the Conul Conference, while Euan will fly to Boston for the Society for Scholarly Publishers conference. Then Euan will head to AESIS, looking at the 'Scholarly Impact of Scientific Research' in June.
After that, it’s to Rhode Island for the Special Libraries Association Conference and Expo in July and the Research Impact Summit in September, before closing off the conference season with the Frankfurt Book Fair in October.
We hope to add a few more events to our calendar later in the year, so watch this space.
